Refund After Cancellation

  • Refund Processing: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 14 working days from the cancellation date. Refunds for railway, airline, or Volvo tickets are subject to availability and refund policies of the respective service providers.
  • Hotel Availability: Hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
  • Room Upgrade: If base category rooms are unavailable, a supplemental cost will apply for upper category rooms.
  • State Taxes: Additional state taxes may apply, and any changes will require direct payment of any additional amounts.
  • Loss Responsibility: We are not responsible for any lost items during your trip, such as bags, wallets, jewelry, or other valuables.
