Amendment/Plan Change: A 20% charge of the total package booking applies for any changes to the itinerary.
Cancellation After Confirmation: If cancelled after confirmation and issuance of the hotel voucher, a 30% cancellation fee of the total package cost will apply.
Cancellation Before 10 Days: A 50% cancellation fee of the total package cost applies if cancelled within 10 days of the travel date.
Cancellation Within 7 Days: 100% cancellation fee of the total package cost applies if cancelled within 7 days of the travel date.
Travel Plan Flexibility: There is no flexibility in the travel plan once confirmed.
Transportation Cancellations: Cancellations of train and flight tickets will follow Indian railway/airline rules, with refunds processed after receipt from the respective service provider.
Force Majeure: No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to bad weather, natural disasters, terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavor to assist within our capabilities.
Hotel and Company Policies: Cancellation policies are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective hotels and companies.
Cancellation Communication: All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.
